Public offer to provide services

The company CVA Trans Global (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) hereby offers this Public Offer to all natural and legal persons (hereinafter referred to as the Client) to conclude a contract for the provision of transport and logistics services.

Acceptance of this Offer (filling out an application, sending a written request, or paying for the service) shall be deemed as the conclusion of a contract between the Contractor and the Client.

1. Subject of the Offer

The Contractor provides services for domestic and international road transport, as well as logistics, forwarding, warehousing, and customs support, in accordance with applicable legislation.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Contractor undertakes to:

• guarantee the integrity and safety of the cargo,

• comply with the agreed deadlines,

• provide the Client with information on the transportation process.

The Client undertakes to:

• provide accurate information,

• ensure the availability of the necessary documents,

• pay for services according to the issued invoice.

3. Price and Payment Procedure

Tariffs are determined individually, depending on the route and the specifics of the cargo. Payment is made by bank transfer or other agreed methods.

4. Liability

The Contractor is responsible for the safekeeping of the cargo from the moment of acceptance until delivery to the recipient.
Delays caused by force majeure (weather conditions, customs delays, border closures, etc.) shall not be the responsibility of the Contractor.

5. Final Provisions

This Offer has the force of a contract in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova.
Acceptance of the Offer confirms the Client’s agreement with all its terms.
