Cargo Preparation Instructions
To ensure safe and timely delivery, CVA Trans Global recommends that clients carefully follow the rules for preparing cargo for transportation.
- Packaging. Each item must be packed in sturdy boxes, crates, or pallets appropriate to the weight and fragility of the contents. Use internal padding (paper, film, foam, etc.) to prevent damage.
-
Labeling. Each unit of cargo must clearly indicate the sender’s and recipient’s addresses, contact details, and any special markings (“Fragile,” “Do not tilt,” etc.).
-
Consolidation. If multiple items are being shipped, it is recommended to combine them into a single shipment to save space and reduce costs.
-
Documents. The client must prepare all necessary waybills, certificates, and, for international shipments, customs declarations. If required, our company can provide assistance with document preparation.
-
Special conditions. For dangerous, perishable, or oversized cargo, additional approval of transportation conditions is required. In such cases, we recommend informing the CVA Trans Global manager in advance.
Compliance with these rules ensures cargo safety, shortens delivery times, and reduces risks during customs procedures. Our team is always ready to advise clients and provide recommendations based on the specifics of each shipment.
